Wether it's a single shot or a full story, this is how I see the world

Hi, I’m Chris Baker. I’ve been a photographer for almost 20 years working mostly on commercial projects but always making time to photograph the moments in between — the quiet, everyday ones that feel real and unposed. Photography has always been more than work for me; it’s a way to slow down and pay attention to the world around me.

Over the years, I’ve shot with all kinds of cameras, but I keep coming back to my Leicas for their simplicity and the way they make me see. I also love working with film — especially the square 6×6 format on my Hasselblad and Rolleiflex — there’s something about the process, and the look that film produces that’s hard to duplicate.

This site is a place to share my photography, my personal projects, and a few thoughts from behind the camera — a mix of professional work and the everyday inspiration that keeps me shooting.
